Lease on popular Fallin pub goes up for sale

The lease on the popular Gray's pub on Stirling Road in Fallin is up for sale, with pub owners Belhaven putting it on the market.

The lease on Gray's is on offer for an initial cost of around £17,050, and consists of a large traditional public bar with games area and smoking shelter, and a separate lounge/function bar with a new kitchen which currently serves snack and meals from Thursday to Sunday.

There's also a beer garden, and the pub also has its own car parking.

According to Belhaven, ideal candidate will: "Have some local knowledge with managerial experience within the trade or have hospitality/leisure industry experience. Individuals with the necessary drive, determination and personality to run their own business will also be considered."
